Welcome to BeauteeSmarts Success Academy™, an online educational platform operated by BeauteeSmarts Global LLC (“BeauteeSmarts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, enrollment, access, and use of online courses, educational programs, videos, recordings, training materials, downloadable resources, and related services offered through BeauteeSmarts Success Academy™, including courses hosted on Zoho TrainerCentral or other authorized educational platforms.

Please review these terms carefully before enrolling in or purchasing any educational program.

By registering, purchasing, enrolling, or accessing our educational services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions where valid acceptance has been obtained.

1. Course Enrollment & Access

BeauteeSmarts Success Academy™ offers educational programs with varying enrollment options, pricing, access periods, and participation requirements.

Each course or program has its own enrollment terms, which may include limited-duration access, extended access, subscription-based access, or lifetime access where expressly stated.

The specific terms presented at the time of purchase determine the access period and benefits associated with each enrollment.

Purchasing one course does not automatically grant access to other courses, programs, memberships, updates, or future educational materials.

Any reference to lifetime access applies only to the specific program for which that benefit is expressly offered and is subject to the applicable enrollment agreement.

2. Individual Personal License

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all courses and educational materials are provided under an Individual Personal License.

This license grants one registered participant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use purchased educational content for their own personal education and professional development.

An Individual Personal License does not authorize the purchaser to:

• Share course access or login credentials with another person.
• Distribute course recordings, presentations, worksheets, manuals, or other educational materials.
• Copy, reproduce, republish, license, or sell course content.
• Use course materials to train employees, coworkers, clients, students, or other individuals.
• Incorporate proprietary course materials into workshops, seminars, coaching programs, or educational products.
• Present BeauteeSmarts educational content, systems, or methodologies as their own original intellectual property.

Participants are encouraged to apply the knowledge, skills, and techniques acquired through their training in their own professional activities.

However, applying learned skills does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, or teach BeauteeSmarts proprietary educational materials or training systems.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Team Training & Instructor Licensing

Businesses and organizations wishing to use BeauteeSmarts educational materials for employee training, group learning, internal instruction, or multiple participants must obtain an appropriate Team Training License or other written authorization.

Team Training Licenses may specify:

• Number of authorized participants.
• Approved business locations or departments.
• Authorized educational materials and programs.
• Permitted internal training activities.
• Duration of access and licensing rights.

A Team Training License does not automatically grant permission to reproduce, modify, resell, publish, or distribute course materials beyond the expressly authorized scope.

Permission to teach BeauteeSmarts proprietary programs to outside individuals, organizations, or paying audiences requires a separate written Instructor or Training License.

No participant or organization may represent themselves as a certified, licensed, or authorized BeauteeSmarts instructor without express written authorization.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All course content and educational resources, including videos, recordings, presentations, written materials, worksheets, scripts, illustrations, graphics, teaching frameworks, training methodologies, and proprietary sales systems, are the intellectual property of Carol Phillips, BeauteeSmarts Global LLC, and/or their respective licensors, as applicable.

Such materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchase or enrollment grants access and permitted usage rights only. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Without express written authorization, participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, license, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative educational products from protected materials.

Course materials may not be recorded, downloaded, extracted, or redistributed except through functions expressly authorized by BeauteeSmarts.

Names, logos, trademarks, program titles, and proprietary branding associated with Carol Phillips or BeauteeSmarts Global LLC may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without written permission.

5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use & Restrictions

BeauteeSmarts Global LLC prohibits unauthorized use of its proprietary educational materials with artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated content-generation systems, or similar technologies.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, participants may not:

• Upload course videos, transcripts, recordings, presentations, worksheets, manuals, or other protected materials into third-party AI platforms or applications.
• Use course content to train, fine-tune, develop, improve, or populate AI models, chatbots, digital assistants, or automated training systems.
• Use AI to rewrite, paraphrase, translate, modify, summarize, or transform protected materials into replacement or derivative educational content.
• Generate new courses, lessons, presentations, training scripts, workshops, or instructional products based substantially on proprietary BeauteeSmarts materials.
• Use AI-generated adaptations to teach, coach, or train other individuals or organizations without appropriate licensing.
• Reproduce or imitate proprietary BeauteeSmarts training systems for resale, redistribution, commercial instruction, or competing educational services.
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, capture, or systematically collect course materials.

These restrictions apply regardless of whether the resulting content is distributed commercially or without charge.

The use of AI tools for a participant’s independent professional activities is not prohibited, provided those activities do not involve unauthorized use, disclosure, reproduction, or transformation of protected BeauteeSmarts materials.

A Team Training License does not include AI modification, AI model-training, or AI redistribution rights unless expressly stated in writing.

6. Payments, Pricing & No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our educational programs and the availability of proprietary training materials, all purchases of BeauteeSmarts Success Academy™ courses, programs, and digital educational content are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided because a participant:

• Changes their mind after purchasing.
• Does not begin or complete a course.
• Does not view all lessons or training videos.
• Does not download or utilize available educational resources.
• Is dissatisfied with their individual business results.
• No longer wishes to participate after access has been granted.

Course pricing, payment arrangements, and access periods are disclosed at the time of purchase.

Any exceptions to this policy must be expressly authorized in writing by BeauteeSmarts Global LLC or stated in the applicable program’s enrollment terms.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

7. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

Certain educational programs may be offered through recurring subscriptions or installment payment arrangements.

For automatically renewing subscriptions, the renewal frequency, price, billing terms, cancellation procedures, and other required disclosures will be provided before enrollment.

Where applicable, participants must affirmatively consent to recurring billing.

Participants may cancel automatically renewing subscriptions through the cancellation method provided at enrollment or through an accessible account-management option, in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges as required by applicable law but does not automatically refund previously incurred charges.

Installment payment obligations for a fixed-price course are distinct from automatically renewing subscriptions. Any continuing payment obligations will be disclosed in the applicable purchase agreement.

8. Account Registration & Security

Participants are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Each Individual Personal License is intended for one named participant.

Account sharing, unauthorized transfers, or attempts to circumvent enrollment restrictions are prohibited.

Participants must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security breaches.

BeauteeSmarts reserves the right to investigate suspected account misuse and take appropriate action consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

9. Educational Purpose & Results Disclaimer

BeauteeSmarts Success Academy™ provides professional education, business development, sales training, and related instructional resources.

Our programs are designed to provide practical knowledge, strategies, and skills. However, individual results depend on numerous factors, including implementation, experience, business conditions, customer behavior, and personal effort.

BeauteeSmarts does not guarantee specific revenue increases, sales performance, profitability, business growth, employment opportunities, or other financial outcomes.

Testimonials, examples, and case studies illustrate individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

Educational content does not constitute individualized legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

10. Course Content & Platform Availability

BeauteeSmarts may update educational materials, improve course presentation, correct errors, or make reasonable adjustments to platform functionality.

We strive to maintain reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Material changes affecting purchased access rights will be handled in accordance with the applicable enrollment agreement and law.

The discontinuation of a course or platform does not automatically eliminate any contractual access obligations owed to purchasers.

11. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to use the educational platform professionally, lawfully, and respectfully.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
• Unauthorized sharing of private participant information.
• Uploading malicious software or attempting unauthorized system access.
• Misrepresenting identity, credentials, or licensing rights.
• Violating intellectual property or confidentiality restrictions.
• Interfering with other participants’ educational experience.

BeauteeSmarts may moderate participation and restrict access where necessary to protect the platform, participants, or intellectual property.

12. Participant Submissions & Privacy

Participants may voluntarily submit comments, assignments, questions, testimonials, or other materials during educational activities.

Participants retain ownership of their original submissions.

By submitting content through the platform, participants grant BeauteeSmarts a non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to administer and deliver the educational services.

Public promotional use of identifiable participant submissions, testimonials, images, or recordings will be subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

13. Suspension & Termination

BeauteeSmarts may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, including unauthorized redistribution, credential sharing, intellectual property misuse, or prohibited AI use.

Where appropriate, BeauteeSmarts may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation.

Immediate action may be taken when reasonably necessary to address serious security threats, unlawful conduct, or ongoing intellectual property infringement.

Termination does not transfer ownership of course materials or authorize continued use of protected content.

Any refund rights or other remedies will remain subject to applicable law and the participant’s enrollment agreement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BeauteeSmarts Global LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the educational platform, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

BeauteeSmarts may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in educational offerings, technology, business operations, or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Material changes affecting existing participants will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights expressly granted under an existing purchase agreement unless permitted by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing BeauteeSmarts Success Academy™ educational programs, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, where legally valid consent has been obtained.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable program’s enrollment and purchase terms, establish the agreement governing participation.
